We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

To start a return, log in to your customer account at account.nuwae.co or reach us at hello@nuwae.co.

UAE & GCC — returns are complimentary.

UK — a flat £10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

items marked as sale are not eligible for return or refund.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at  hello@nuwae.co if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns — items must be requested within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

The quickest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted. Alternatively, email us at hello@nuwae.co and we'll help.

 

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may add a few additional days on their end.
