Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. for UAE next-day delivery, your order will be shipped the working day following processing. During peak periods and active drops, processing may take a little longer. you'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Middle East Shipping Rates
UAE — in-stock orders are delivered the next working day after the order is dispatched via Quiqup courier service.
GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain) — in-stock orders are delivered within 2–4 working days via DHL courier service.
Made to order — these pieces are produced specifically for your order. please allow 7–14 days for production and dispatch. Delivery timelines above apply from the point of shipping.
Duties & taxes
Orders shipped outside the UAE — including GCC countries — may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival. These are assessed by your local customs authority and are outside our control. Your carrier will contact you if payment is required before your package is released. If an order is returned because duties were refused, return shipping fees will be charged.

In-stock orders are shipped via DHL Express and delivered within 2–4 working days.
