SHIPPING POLICY

For in stock items; UAE orders will be delivered within 1-2 working days via next day delivery service. Orders for the rest of the GCC countries will be delivered within 2-4 working days.

For made to order items; Orders will be shipped within 7-14 days as these items will be produced specially for you.

Duties and taxes are not included and will be collected from customer upon delivery.

For UK orders, DHL express shipping is used and delivers in 2-4 working days for in stock items. For made to order items, please allow 7-14 working days for the delivery. Duties and taxes not included.

Please expect a processing time of 2 - 3 business days and a shipping time dependent on your shipping address.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of order date. We offer free returns.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.

Items marked sale are not eligible for return.
